I just returned from the hospital and feelin’ a bit better by now.
Back to Angelina: Angelina Jolie plans to build an AIDS clinic in Ethiopia - so her daughter Zahara can manage it when she is older. The actress will make a trip to her adoptive daughter’s native country to discuss building the medical centre as part of the work of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, a charity she set up with her partner Brad Pitt in 2006. She tells Britain’s Hello magazine, “We will be building a TB (tuberculosis)/AIDs clinic in Ethiopia. One we plan for Zahara to take over when she is older. Jolie also hopes to take son Maddox to his native Cambodia as part of a separate charity trip the family is planning once newborn twins Knox and Vivienne Marcheline are more settled. She adds, “The next trip for our foundation will most likely to be Asia to follow up on the situation in Burma and our work in Cambodia. “The boys have been asking to go so we will take them when Knox and Viv are a little bit older.”

Here are the first pictures of the world’s most famous twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie new baby joys. “It is chaos,” laughs Angie on life at the sprawling Chateau Miraval in Provence, “but we are managing it and having a wonderful time.” Good dad Brad, meanwhile, confides: “Viv is proving to resemble Ange in spirit, attitude and physicality… And Knox, he’s a bit of me.” The new issue of People (on newsstands Monday) will give an exclusive 19-page view of the Jolie-Pitt family of eight including the twins’ four older siblings, Maddox, 7, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2. “[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins’] clothes and help change and hold them,” says Angie. “It’s sweet – they are little mommies.” Adds Brad: “[It’s] still a cuckoo’s nest.” As reported earlier this week, People magazine picked up the rights to publish these exclusive photos in the United States for $14 million. Two paparazzi photographers have been involved in a scuffle with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s bodyguards, after they were found hiding in the grounds of the stars’ French home. The two men, who were wearing camouflage gear in a bid to go unnoticed, were discovered by members of the Hollywood superstar couple’s security team at their rented French chateau on July 24. As they were being escorted from the grounds, one of the snappers allegedly went “berserk” and lashed out. It is claimed he even bit a bodyguard and yelled that he was infected with Hepatitis C. Tony Webb, head of the team guarding the stars’ estate, says, “We caught the two and tried to escort them off the property and the guy’s just gone berserk, thrashing out, kicking and actually biting one of the security people, breaking his finger, drawing blood and screaming that he had Hepatitis C.” The men were thought to be trying to get exclusive snaps of the couple’s newborn twins before they are unveiled for the first time in a U.S. publication - which has paid $11 million (GBP5.5 million) for the pictures. Earlier this week, Pitt threatened legal action against any publication which prints photos of his family at the French house after an ad agency offered to sell snaps of the family playing in the grounds of their home. Pitt’s lawyer says, “The family are really fed up that these people are trespassing so we’re going to try to get restraining orders and use the law to do whatever we have to to keep them off the property.”
